Control the camera movement in your video clips generated by Pika Labs Discord Bot to enhance your storytelling. This guide will walk you through the -camera parameters, showcasing how to effectively implement it. Prompt Structure

IMPORTANT: Always add camera parameters after the prompt words.

  • Spacing: Use a space to separate them from your prompt words and each other.

Example:

/create prompt A golden lab chasing a ball in the garden -r 16:9 -motion 3

Camera Parameter 🆕

  • Parameter: -camera ##
  • Use for: Directing the camera movement in your video clip.
  • Camera Direction: Choose from zoom, pan, or rotate. Note: Only one of these can be used at a time, they cannot be stacked.

ZOOM

Move the camera closer to or further from the subject.

Accepts:

  • zoom in
  • zoom out

Examples:

  • /create prompt: this is an example of a prompt -camera zoom in
  • /create prompt: this is an example of a prompt -camera zoom out

PAN

Shift the camera to display more background while keeping the main subject stationary.

Accepts:

  • pan up, pan down, pan left, pan right
  • Note: Panning in two non-conflicting directions is accepted e.g., pan up left OR pan down right.

Examples:

  • /create prompt: this is an example of a prompt -camera pan right
  • /create prompt: this is an example of a prompt -camera pan up right

ROTATE

Rotate the camera around the object or turn the framing to a Dutch angle.

Accepts:

  • rotate clockwise, counterclockwise or anticlockwise.
  • Abbreviations: cw, ccw, acw.

Examples:

  • /create prompt: this is an example of a prompt -camera rotate clockwise
  • /create prompt: this is an example of a prompt -camera rotate acw
